You agree to use the site lawfully and not to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or attempt to access areas you aren't authorised to reach.

All prices are shown in US dollars. We do our best to keep product descriptions, availability and pricing accurate, but errors happen — if an item is mispriced or out of stock after you order, we'll contact you and issue a full refund.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when payment is confirmed and you receive an order confirmation email.

Program bookings are confirmed in writing by the KinFlow team. Scheduling, participant numbers, venue requirements and cancellation windows are agreed per engagement. Participation involves physical activity; participants take part at their own risk and should be in suitable health.

The KinFlow name, logo, wordmark, artwork, product designs and site content are owned by KinFlow, Inc. and may not be reproduced, resold or used commercially without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KinFlow, Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
