What is KinFlow?
KinFlow is a dynamic, inclusive movement sport built around play, teamwork and flow. A KinFlow experience transforms an ordinary space — a gym, a field, a conference floor — into a Realm for movement and connection.
Who can play?
Everyone. Programs run for elementary through college students, corporate teams, community groups and event audiences. Sessions scale by age, ability and space.
How do I bring KinFlow to my school, team or event?
Tell us about your group on the Play page and our team will follow up with formats, timing and pricing. Most bookings are confirmed within a few days.
What space and equipment do we need?
A gym, multipurpose room, field or open floor works. KinFlow coaches bring the Rings and all core equipment required to run the session.
How many participants can join one session?
Sessions typically run from 20 to 200+ participants. Larger groups are handled with rotations and additional coaches.
What are KinFlow Rings?
Rings are the signature equipment at the centre of the sport. Join the Rings waitlist to be notified as soon as production units are released.
How do KinFlow Leagues work?
Leagues bring recurring, organised KinFlow play to a region — teams, schedules and standings. Register your interest and we'll contact you as leagues open in your area.
Is the shop official?
Yes. Everything on kinflow.com is the official KinFlow store — apparel, headwear, footwear and gear, shipped directly by our team.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where supported. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
How long does shipping take?
US orders arrive in 3–7 business days after dispatch, with international delivery in 10–21 business days. Full details are on the Shipping & Returns page.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes — unworn items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email info@kinflow.com with your order number to get started.
I clicked an old link and got an error. What happened?
We rebuilt kinflow.com, and older links now redirect automatically. If you hit anything broken, send us the link and we'll fix it the same day.
