Privacy Policy

We collect information you give us directly — name, email address, phone number, city, program interests and any details you include in a message — when you submit an interest form, join a waitlist, sign up for a league, or contact us.

When you place an order we collect your shipping address, order contents and contact details. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processor, Stripe, and are never stored on KinFlow systems.

We also collect basic technical information automatically, such as browser type, device type and pages visited, to keep the site working and improve it.

To respond to your inquiry, coordinate programs and events, fulfil and support orders, send order and shipping updates, and — where you've asked for it — share KinFlow news. We do not sell your personal information.

Only with the service providers required to run KinFlow: our hosting and database provider, Stripe for payments, our email delivery provider for notifications, and Google Sheets for internal record keeping. Each processes data on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Some KinFlow programs involve youth participants. Where a form asks for a child's name or age, that information must be provided by a parent or guardian and is used solely to place the child in an appropriate program.

We use only the cookies and local storage needed to run the site — for example to remember what's in your cart. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or unsubscribe from any email, at any time. Email info@kinflow.com and we'll take care of it.
